Ngerng Nguang believes in the power of knowledge, that every encounters in life is an opportunity to learn and everything he learned will be of use, one way or another, in his journey to success. He also believes in the power of building a strong lasting network as one cannot succeed without the support of others.
Besides Ngerng Nguang's greatest achievements being integrated with Six Sigma, he views Six Sigma as the one area which he would credit the successes of his career to. He states, "the rich combination of analytical problem solving skills, business and management skills and people skills acquired during those years have helped me be very successful in all the roles which I undertook subsequently and propelled me to where I am today."
Ngerng Nguang's interests and passion to continuously learn and upgrade his knowledge and skills. In addition to the great satisfaction he derives from coaching others to be successful, Ngerng Nguang states that likewise seeing that my clients are able to achieve great results for themselves and for the company is gratifying. Moving forward Ngerng Nguang's aim is towards achieving a higher management level with global functional leadership or even regional business leadership responsibilities.
